Here’s How to Give

Online To give a secure online donation to Friends of Woodland Community Library through the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation (FVRLF), please click below:

In the Special Instructions box, be sure to mention that your donation is for the Friends of Woodland Community Library.
While at the FVRLF website, you can read about other ways to give, too.

In Person
You’re always welcome to drop a cash donation into the Friends’ donation box on the wall just inside the library entrance (770 Park Street) during its operating hours:

  • Monday-Tuesday, 10am-6pm
  • Wednesday, 10am-8pm
  • Thursday-Friday, 10am-6pm

Cornerstone Societies Cornerstone Societies are made up of those who contribute $1,000 or more to the Woodland Community Library building fund. You can pick up a Cornerstone form at the library. What a great way to leave a lasting legacy that will benefit your community for many years to come.

  • You may choose to pay a Cornerstone donation all at once or choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly donations. You may pay in cash, by check, or by credit card.
  • You may remain anonymous–just let us know your wishes
  • Your Cornerstone may be a memorial gift to honor a loved one

Other Gifts Non-cash gifts, such as stocks, life insurance plans, and donations from estate planning efforts are welcome. Simply email us at to get started.

How much of my donation actually goes to library programs or to the building fund? All of it!

Books You can also donate books in good condition to the Friends’ book sales. Just deposit books in the donation barrel inside the library entrance, and take a blank receipt for a tax deduction (beside the barrel).

If you have a large number of books to give, please call our book sales leader, Sharon Watt at 360-225-2294 to make arrangements for delivery or pick up.
